THE BUYER PROGRESSION DESK
A managed CRM and follow-up service for Dubai property teams. Configuration, automation, training and ongoing oversight, with the agent relationship at its centre.
One defined process. Clear responsibilities. A workspace your agents can use.
Enquiries, requirements, conversation context and an accountable agent. We configure your existing CRM, or a Moves Make Millions workspace on HighLevel.
Useful questions and approved responses capture budget, timing and preferences. Contact permissions are respected; automation pauses when an agent takes over.
Property options come from your approved source, with a review date. Missing details and stale availability go to an agent for verification.
Your agent receives a concise buyer brief and a clear next action. Your team confirms property suitability, access and appointments.
We review failed automations, unassigned enquiries and overdue tasks during agreed support hours. Your manager owns agent response and stock updates.
A weekly scorecard separates replies from qualified conversations, bookings from attendance, and pipeline movement from completed sales.
HighLevel is our proposed branded CRM platform. If your existing CRM is suitable, we work with it. We assess account permissions and integrations before committing to the setup. The platform licence is only one part of the service.
EXPERIENCE THE PROCESS
Choose a ready-home or off-plan example. Explore the brief, property fit and agent handover. All records are fictional.
Useful requirements, with unknowns kept visible. The agent approves the brief before qualification is counted.
Drafts, requirement extraction, summaries and next-action suggestions.
Property suitability, appointments, pricing, negotiation and commitments.
Configuration, agreed monitoring, quality review and optimisation.
A CONTROLLED START
The workflow is only ready when the team is ready.
Standard setup typically takes 10–15 working days once access and approved information are available. Complex integrations are separately scoped.
MEASURE WHAT MATTERS
We agree a baseline and consistent definitions, then review response times, brief quality, attendance and the next actions that move a conversation forward.
No guaranteed sales. Inventory, pricing, buyer decisions and agent execution also shape the result.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
The service can include a Moves Make Millions branded workspace configured on HighLevel, an established CRM platform. We configure and manage the workflow; the platform remains third-party software. A custom portal is a later option, subject to demonstrated need. No CRM account is connected to this demonstration.
We first assess its permissions, data and existing automation. Where it is suitable, it stays the primary record. We scope the missing workflow and avoid asking agents to maintain two competing buyer databases.
Your agents confirm property facts, conduct viewings and negotiate. Your marketing team brings in enquiries. We improve the handling and handover of those enquiries, with defined responsibility for monitoring the agreed workflow.
AI can draft replies, extract buyer requirements and prepare summaries from approved information. The pilot begins with human approval for important messages. Agents approve property matches, confirm appointments and handle pricing, negotiation, legal questions and unusual requests.
We check the client’s actual account and API permissions before quoting an integration. The standard scope includes one agreed enquiry journey. WhatsApp requires the agency’s authorised business account, eligible number and approved templates where needed. Portal access and migration are not assumed.
The first package is delivered in English. Arabic or another language can be added after sample conversations, property terminology and a competent human escalation route have been tested. Translation is separately scoped.
Your agency retains ownership of its data. Access is restricted to the agreed team and providers; information is not pooled between clients. Retention, exports, provider terms and an exit process are agreed before launch. A branded workspace is managed access to third-party software.
No. We measure response quality, agent-accepted buyer briefs, attended appointments and pipeline progression. We can improve the agreed process; buyer decisions, inventory, pricing and agent execution also determine commercial results.
We review the evidence together after 30 live days. There is no automatic pilot renewal. If you continue on the same scope, management is USD 2,500 per month, with no second setup fee. Additional channels, migration, languages or development require a written scope.
